The Jeep heritage brand is known for its power and capability, and virtually all Jeep vehicles have a natural sense of athleticism. A great example of this is the Jeep Compass, a sleek and sporty compact crossover SUV that gives you all the muscle you need to navigate your daily commute, while still offering the off-road prowess to satisfy the more adventurous driver. The 2022 Jeep Compass has been fully redesigned to look more upscale and stylish than ever before, with premium features inside and out. The 2022 Compass has an upgraded standard safety package, all-new technology, and even an entirely new trim level joining the lineup. The range consists of the Sport, Latitude, Latitude LUX, Trailhawk, and Limited. Each one is packed with new and exciting features for all five passengers to enjoy. Sport
The Sport trim is the first model in the Jeep Compass range for 2022, and here you’ll see a variety of new features that come standard throughout the lineup. This includes a standard suite of safety features including adaptive cruise control with stop and go, forward collision warning, active lane management, and much more! The Sport also has standard LED headlights, 16-inch wheels, roof rails, and heated exterior mirrors. Inside, its interior seats 5 passengers with a split-folding rear seat, and cloth upholstery. You’ll also find a Uconnect 5 infotainment system with a standard 8.4-inch touchscreen, and smartphone integration.

Latitude
The Latitude is up next in the Jeep Compass range, and it adds onto the standard features we’ve introduced above. Like the Sport, the Latitude features the standard engine for the whole lineup, which is a 2.4-liter Tigershark 4-cylinder rated at 177 horsepower and 172 lb-ft of torque. The Latitude also comes with standard rear-wheel drive, and a 6-speed automatic transmission. Rather than cloth upholstery, the Latitude features upgraded faux-leather seats, as well as 17-inch wheels, and automatic headlights. Its headlights are joined by fog lights and cornering lights, and it also features a proximity keyless entry system.

Latitude LUX
The Latitude LUX is new for the 2022 model year, and this trim level takes on a more luxurious design than the premium two trims. At this level, you’ll see that the Compass features leather upholstery, heated seats, and a heated steering wheel. In terms of tech, it comes with a larger 10.1-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen. The Latitude LUX also has enhanced capabilities compared to the Sport and Latitude. For example, it comes with standard all-wheel drive featuring the Jeep Active Drive system, as well as the Selec-Terrain Traction Management system with selectable drive modes based on your current conditions. Other features for the Latitude LUX include 18-inch wheels, and a remote start system.

Trailhawk
The Trailhawk is the most athletic trim level within the 2022 Jeep Compass range! In both its appearance and its capability, the Trailhawk has a sporty design to help you navigate the off-road trails. In terms of its looks, the Trailhawk has 17-inch wheels with all-season tires, red-painted front tow hooks, and a tapered bumper due to its 30-degree approach angle. The Trailhawk also comes with a 1-inch lift, and a maximum water fording ability of up to 19 inches. It comes equipped with the Active Drive Low system, which allows for a 20:1 crawl ratio for driving over uneven terrain. Other features for the Trailhawk include underbody skid plates, a full-sized spare tire, hill-descent control, and automatic windshield wipers.

Limited
At the top of the line, you’ll find the final trim level in the 2022 Jeep Compass lineup. This is the Limited, which picks up where the Latitude LUX left off in terms of style and luxury. The Limited comes with features like dual-zone automatic climate control, ambient interior lighting, and a premium 9-speaker Alpine sound system. It also offers a wireless smartphone charging pad, and a 10.25-inch digital cluster display. On the outside, you’ll find features like 18-inch wheels, a windshield wiper de-icer, and a Gloss Black-painted roof that creates a two-toned look.
