How long is the Jeep Wave Program?

When you buy a 2021 or newer Jeep, you are enrolled in the Jeep Wave Program. The Program is essentially a maintenance plan on steroids. It covers your regular maintenance items. The Jeep Wave Program starts the day you take ownership of your Jeep and continues for 36 months. All Jeep Wave members can contact a Jeep service advisor twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week by email, live chat, or through our dedicated Jeep Wave hotline at 844-JEEP-WAVE

Does the Jeep Wave Program cover rentals?

Jeep Wave members receive tire rotations and three oil changes free of charge. Members can use the 24-7 support line or the Live Chat to schedule service appointments or ask questions. All Jeep Wave members get preferred treatment at exclusive Jeep Brand events across the country. Members receive rental cars when they schedule their routine maintenance, and trip disruption coverage up to $1,000 per occurrence, and 24/7 roadside assistance for 5-Year/60,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty Period. Members also receive a three-year unlimited mileage warranty, making Jeep Wave the only program with no mileage restrictions.

Am I eligible for the Jeep Wave Program?

If you purchase a 2021 or newer Jeep, you are eligible and have already been enrolled. Jeeps purchased before 2021may be eligible. Jeeps that fall into the 2016-2021 model year range had select eligible Grand Cherokee models Overland, Summit, SRT, Trailhawk, Trackhawk, and High Altitude, along with the Wrangler and Gladiator, to name a few. Current Jeep Wave program members can renew their membership. If you own a 2015 jeep model or newer, you can sign up for the Jeep Wave program.
