New for this year, all 2021 models will be eligible for Jeep Wave upon purchase. Certain trim levels from the 2020 model year will also be included, like all 2020 Wranglers, and all Trailhawk trims of the Cherokee, Compass, and Renegade just to name a few. You’re also welcome to hold multiple Jeep Wave memberships at a time, so the whole family can benefit from outstanding customer care, no matter the number of vehicles. For those models that don’t come standard with Jeep Wave membership included, you can still purchase your membership for any Jeep model dated 2015 or newer! 

When you purchase any of the eligible 2021 and 2020 Jeep models, your Jeep Wave membership will start automatically! Within the first 72 hours, you can start enjoying active membership, and access your account through the Jeep Wave website. From there, you can start taking advantage of all the exciting perks the Jeep Wave Customer Care program has to offer, like First Day Rental Allowance which helps cover the cost of a rental car during same-day maintenance or repairs on your Jeep!
